Practice 2: Write an outline for an essay. Include a thesis statement, supporting ideas and details.

Thesis statement: The best way to learn a language is reading, writing and speaking with native speakers.
A.      Reading.
i.                     Reading your favourite books after reading them in your own language.
ii.                   Reading something you really like can increase your vocabulary and improve your grammar and comprehension.
iii.                  If you enjoyed what you read, you will remember better the vocabulary, grammar or expressions that you learn.
B.      Writing.
i.                     Writing about something you like or about your daily life without worrying about grammar mistakes – you will check it after.
ii.                   You can post it on internet and ask people to correct what you have wrote.
C.      Speaking with native speakers.
i.                     The most important thing is that you will learn pronunciation – it is needed to understand what you say.
ii.                   You will learn expressions or words that are only used in their countries.

Conclusion: To sup um, if you want to learn a language, you must read a lot, write about topics that you are interested in and speak with native speakers or people who want to practice it.
